Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your Levier purchase. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us at wearlevier@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Pre-Orders & Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund at any time before the order has shipped. Once a pre-order has shipped, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are estimates and may change due to production or circumstances outside our control. If there is a significant delay, we will communicate updated information to you.

Return Shipping

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. Levier will cover return shipping costs for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

For returns due to fit, preference, or change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Launch Pricing

Items purchased at a promotional or launch price are eligible for return under our standard return policy unless specifically identified as Final Sale at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or item, return your original item and place a new order. Replacement items are subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

European Union Customers

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have additional cancellation or return rights under applicable law, including a 14-day cooling-off period. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.
